Reconstructing the kinematics of Laniakea using Type Ia Supernovae

We develop a kinematic framework that relates the monopole, dipole, and quadrupole of the luminosity distance to an ellipsoidal peculiar velocity field describing the dynamics of the Laniakea supercluster.
