HRMOS (High-Resolution Multi-Object Spectrograph) is a proposed new instrument for the ESO Very Large Telescope (VLT) developed in the context of the ESO VLT Beyond 2030 call. It is designed to fill a unique and currently unoccupied region in the observational landscape: the combination of very high spectral resolution (R=80,000) with multi-object capability (50-60 simultaneous targets), a radial-velocity (RV) precision of 10m/s, and coverage of three key spectral windows (385-421nm, 480-522nm,…
