Spatially resolved stellar kinematics are critical to the high precision achieved by cosmological probes utilizing time delays of strongly lensed quasars. Combined with high-resolution imaging and lens modeling, dynamical models of the 2D resolved kinematics of the deflector galaxy tightly constrain the mass profile and break the mass-sheet degeneracy, in turn providing tight constraints on the Hubble constant when the time delays are included.
