SAGE26 Paper I: Modelling the baryon cycle from cosmic dawn to the present day

Abstract

We present SAGE26, a comprehensive update to the Semi-Analytic Galaxy Evolution (SAGE) model. SAGE26 integrates five observationally motivated improvements: (1) distinct circumgalactic medium and hot-halo gas physics, (2) molecular hydrogen for star formation, (3) velocity- and redshift-dependent supernova feedback, (4) bulge radii tracking through time, and (5) feedback-free burst galaxies.
